Even though this was a Newborn Session, big sister Sada practically stole the show! \u00a0Sada just couldn&#8217;t get enough of\u00a0loving and holding baby sister Ilana (she practically never let go of her hand throughout the entire shoot), and, of course, baby Ilana already worships Sada. \u00a0Even the family dog, Poppy, never left Mom&#8217;s feet when she was holding Ilana. \u00a0And then there was the very obvious, long-term love affair going on between Sada and Poppy, the family pup!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6316 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.missytimko.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Hammerstein-020.jpg\" alt=\"dog. cocker spaniel. girl. child's bedroom. colorful.\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So this is a house full of love.\u00a0 But let\u2019s focus in on newborn Ilana for a minute.\u00a0 After all, she\u2019s the new little one and the reason I\u2019m there!\u00a0 This gorgeous, perfect baby was a dream\u2014so cuddly&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6319 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.missytimko.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Hammerstein-041-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1780\" height=\"1196\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8230; and surprisingly animated for a newborn!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6318 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.missytimko.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Hammerstein-032.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1780\" height=\"5903\" \/>She wore the most precious onesie for her solo portraits, perfect for summer. \u00a0It fit her well and kept her hands and feet uncovered, which is what I suggest when choosing clothes for newborns.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6320 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.missytimko.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Hammerstein-042.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"2488\" \/>The opportunity to photograph the H family (with Mom Emilie and Dad Jared) in their Squirrel Hill Pittsburgh home was a real treat.\u00a0 And what a beautiful home it was!\u00a0 It had a soothing neutral d\u00e9cor, high ceilings, and was so spacious and inviting.\u00a0 We took many shots in the bedrooms, and some under a particularly lovely dining room window.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6314 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.missytimko.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Hammerstein-002-2.jpg\" alt=\"black and white photo. window. newborn. dad. family.
