This family is friends of ours and our kiddos have been going to preschool together for the last couple years.  I'm always delighted tho work with kids that I know personally because I can be extra silly. :) Another advantage to working with this family is their kids look like tiny J. Crew models. These guys are 2 and 4 just like my own littles!  Avi loves trucks and construction vehicles, and Lena likes whales and ocean things. That's Lena being a starfish on the left... I've been watching these cutie pies grow for 9 months now!  We did their 9 month session on a day with impending storms, so I was so pleased that we finished the whole session without a drop! This family has a nanny that is very special to them, so we included her in some of the portraits!   I love these fence pictures--the babies were so happy to be able to pull themselves up and walk along the fence!
