Pittsburgh Family Photographer | Pittsburgh Botanic Garden Portrait Session | B Family

Outdoor family session season is officially here! I have done a number of outdoor sessions already, despite the unpredictable spring weather in Pittsburgh!  One day it’s 88 degrees, and the next it’s a low of 38.  We had a perfect, beautiful day for this family session at the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden in Oakdale, PA with these two adorable brothers!

The Botanic Garden is a lovely place to take kids–it’s an easy nature walk with lots of cool features–a lake, bridges, a huge dinosaur egg nest, and a few other surprises.

These two guys captured my heart by treating me like an old friend, holding my hand, and they were very sweet and kind to each other.  Older brother Jaden has a condition called 22Q, which is quite rare and can present many challenges, but he is obviously thriving with mom’s advocacy and the many world-class therapies and medical professionals available to kids in Pittsburgh.  This mama is going to be well cared for in old age by her two handsome and polite little men!!
